I think another key point in knowing what you&#039;re looking for is to know what attributes (personality, fit, etc.) you need in people, so they&#039;ll fit your job and your company.  These are the reason&#039;s you&#039;ll either love them or want to fire them, so know what you&#039;re looking for in advance.  There are lots of useful tools available to help any company with this step.</description>
