I really like the last sentence! Those one liners really get me thinking all day. I had a personal trainer and was trying to lose some weight and I would weigh myself 3-5 times per day. I would literally drive myself insane with the numbers on the scale and I would have hour to hour ups & downs over this. I brought it to the attention of my personal trainer and he told me to weigh myself once a week or every other week. I eventually gave in and did a weekly weigh in and recorded the results. So I stayed focused and worked really hard and would not let that scale control me. Every week I had solid loss and numbers to prove it on a paper that held the true numbers. The hour to hour numbers are NOT true numbers. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly numbers are.
